Counseling
Our providers are seasoned trauma specific therapists using a variety of treatments including EMdR, Brainspotting, IFS, and other effective tools.
Training and Speaking
We love engaging with the community to build a better understanding of trauma and mental health. We welcome the opportunity to tailor our educational services to your needs.
Consultation
From crisis and conflict resolution to helping develop policies around mental health care and well-being, we work closely with a variety of organizations to support and improve inclusivity and well being.
